Business Problems/Challenges Aimed to Address
SOLUTION
1. Conduct workshops to map the main business processes requiring heavy use of the corporate knowledge base.
2. Identify the 20% of these business processes that are most common and repetitive.
3. Develop a proof of concept for a Corporate Knowledge Agent (CKA) based on generative AI technology and leveraging corporate knowledge. The CKA, which has a ChatGPT-like interface and functionality, can answer questions from new employees based on the corporate knowledge base and also show the sources of its answers to assure employees that the information is reliable.
OUTCOMES
A Corporate Knowledge Agent with a ChatGPT-like interface was developed.
New employees asked 20 common questions and received answers that were verified by veterans as correct.
A roadmap was created to develop a comprehensive CKA for all business processes.
